The Finnish Parliament has procured device management services and on-site support from Enfo for well over a decade. The collaboration has continued since 2011, and the most recent agreement entered into force in January 2025 following a public tender process. The selection criterion was the best price-quality ratio.
The service portfolio includes, among other things, software and security management and maintenance of end-user devices, user support, and expert services.
The service covers the workstations, mobile devices, and tablets of Members of Parliament and their assistants, parliamentary group offices, and parliamentary officials. Together with the Parliament, Enfo ensures that devices operate securely and reliably in all situations.
The long-standing partnership enables a deep understanding of the Parliament’s operating environment, device environment, and user needs. This supports service continuity, smooth day-to-day operations, and proactive development.

The device environment has been developed together through various development projects and the introduction of new technical solutions to ensure it also meets increasingly stringent information security requirements.
