Enfo has extensive experience in productizing and developing Device Management Services. We were among the first service providers in Finland to productize Intune technology into a service for our customers. Over the years, we have developed our Device Management Services even further – always putting the end-user first.

Modern device management

Streamline Device Care is Enfo’s cloud-based Device Management Service for Windows and Mac workstations as well as mobile devices. We manage the IT environment and make device management easy, whether it is a matter of incident management, customer-specific development, or adjusting settings. The service fully supports Choose your own device (CYOD) and Bring your own device (BYOD) models.

  • Provisioning management

Defining the business solutions and services available to the organization’s employees, as well as access rights management, is essential for our customers’ IT services. In addition, management and organization settings must also be ensured for devices onboarded by employees on a self-service basis.

The service is also available for the customer’s SCCM environments for Windows workstations (System Center Configuration Manager). Management has its own service description and a standardized service model, through which the service is delivered in a standardized and, when necessary, tailored manner.

Centralized management and standardization of devices saves time and increases security and flexibility – with user experience and security at the forefront.
