Results of customer survey: 90% would recommend Enfo

Enfo measures customer satisfaction regularly to get an overall picture of the customer experience and support in choosing development priorities. The latest customer survey conducted in December 2024 again achieved a high result, according to which 9/10 of customer companies are ready to recommend Enfo. Our customers' overall satisfaction was rated 4.05 on a scale of 1–5.
Customers particularly appreciate Enfo's high-quality and versatile expertise, customer orientation and reliability. Based on open feedback and indicators, it can be said that customers find it pleasant and productive to work with Enfonians.
