96% of our customers recommend Enfo

In a customer survey conducted at the end of 2022, 96% of the respondents said that they are ready to recommend Enfo. Enfo reaches out to its customers in a customer experience survey twice a year to assess customer satisfaction and to listen to their expectations.
The level of customer satisfaction among Enfo’s customers remains high, and the survey’s result on 96% recommendation is an increase of 3% compared with the previous survey from May 2022. Moreover, the overall contentment with Enfo as a partner was rated 4,2 (scale 1-5), which also demonstrates the stable level of customer satisfaction in line with the previous survey.
In the valuation of the collaboration with Enfo, the customers particularly emphasized Enfo’s expertise, smooth cooperation as well as its customer- and service oriented operating culture.
“We are very proud that our customers’ rating of our collaboration stays on an exceptionally high level. The result from our customer survey is an acknowledgement of our ability to solve our customers’ challenges and that we have their trust to do it,” says Sanna Mari Alppivuori, SVP Sales Finland at Enfo.
In total, 149 respondents in Finland and Sweden participated in Enfo’s customer experience survey.
