Bulletin to the shareholders of Enfo Oy: Appointment of arbitral tribunal in the redemption of shares in Enfo Oy

1) Appointment of Arbitral Tribunal

The Redemption Committee of the Finland Chamber of Commerce has at its meeting on 5 March 2025, pursuant to Chapter 18, Sections 1 and 4 of the Companies Act, resolved to appoint an arbitral tribunal consisting of one sole arbitrator to resolve the dispute regarding redemption of shares in Enfo Oy.
