Invitation to Enfo Oy's Shareholders' Information Session .

Enfo Oy's shareholders are invited to information sessions regarding the merger of Tietokeskus and Enfo, announced on October 30^th 2024. Two identical information sessions will be held remotely on Teams, with the second session conducted in English if needed. The schedule for the information sessions is as follows:

• Wednesday, 13^th November 2024, at 2:00 PM (Finnish time) in Finnish
• Thursday, 14^th November 2024 at 2:30 PM (Finnish time) in English if necessary, otherwise in Finnish

The sessions are expected to last no more than 45 minutes. The sessions will cover A) matters related to the sale of Enfo shares and B) shareholders' opportunity to invest in Epical, a consulting business. No decision-making matters will be presented. The topics will be introduced by Enfo's Chairman of the Board, Anssi Lehikoinen, and attorney Mikko Jalkanen from Attorneys at Law Edelle.

Shareholders listed in the company's shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy are eligible to participate in the information sessions. Participation requires pre-registration by 12^th November at 12:00 AM (Finnish time). Registration is done via email to agm@enfogroup.com. In addition, participation requires signing a separate non-disclosure agreement. After registration, we will send the confidentiality agreement for signing.

A Teams link to the session will be provided only to those who have registered and signed the non-disclosure agreement.
