Enfo IT Services strengthened during the half year 2024

KPY, the majority owner of Enfo Oy, published a half-year report (available in Finnish) including the operations of the Group's subsidiaries on 29.8.2024. Enfo IT Services business was profitable during the review period 1–6/2024, which continued the line already seen in the 2023 reporting. IT Services' profit for the half-year was 1.2 (0.5) million euros. Revenue of Enfo Oy as a whole, including both the IT services business and the subsidiary Epical, were EUR 49.2 (50.6) million.

The offering of Enfo IT Services business consists of platform services (public and private cloud and data center), end-user services, network solutions and security services. The customer base consists of large and medium-sized private and public companies. IT Services business operates in Finland and is led by Nina Annila, EVP, IT Services. Enfo celebrated its 60th anniversary at the beginning of 2024.

The IT service market is expected to continue to develop and grow as digitalization and information security needs support customer demand. This creates growth opportunities for Enfo IT services business, and Enfo continues to develop its comprehensive IT outsourcing service offering, with a particular focus on cloud services and supporting customer security. Network solutions form the backbone of a digital environment, and end-user services produced for the employees of customer companies are seen as an essential part of a functional IT working environment and a modern successful employee experience.

Nina Annila, EVP of Enfo IT Services, says that during the review period, Enfo IT Services signed new significant outsourcing agreements or extensions with two customers and was able to confirm several follow-on agreements for outsourcing services with existing customers. Ongoing service agreements also support financial stability.  There was no unforeseen customer churn during the review period, and previously initiated customer transitions to Enfo’s services were completed. "The completion of the projects also contributed to the stabilization of delivery performance, which we have implemented according to the principles of continuous development," Annila adds. For Enfo IT service business, it is essential that customer satisfaction remains high. Measured customer satisfaction remained at a strong level and 9/10 customers are ready to recommend Enfo IT services to others.
