Decisions of Enfo Oy’s Extraordinary General Meeting 28.11.2024 .

The Extraordinary General Meeting was held on November 28, 2024, in Kuopio.

The General Meeting decided, in accordance with the proposals, to elect Jari Niska, Panu Vuorela, and Jarkko Murtoaro as members of the Board of Directors. This decision is conditional on the completion of the acquisition announced by Enfo Oy on October 30, 2024.

The General Meeting decided to amend Enfo’s Articles of Association in accordance with the proposal of the Board. The proposal is available in the Extraordinary General Meeting notice dated November 7, 2024.
