Advance notice 31.10.2024: info events for Enfo Oy’s shareholders

The Board of Directors of Enfo will organize two info events for Enfo's shareholders, with similar content relating to the unification of Tietokeskus and Enfo. The events will cover matters relating to the sale of Enfo’s shares as well as a possibility for shareholders to invest in consultancy business-focused Epical.
The info events will be held remotely in November 2024. Further details and dates will be announced separately on Enfo’s website.
