Enfo's corporate form from public to private .

Enfo's corporate form has changed from public to private (Oyj - Oy). The change has no effect on the company's existence, contracts or services, and the company ID remains the same. The change has been registered in the Trade Register on 15 August 2023. Enfo's general meeting decided on the matter in June as a continuation of the separation of the company structure into two separate businesses. The private company form is seen to be more appropriate for Enfo than the public limited company form. Enfo Oy's financial reporting is carried out as part of the KPY Group.
