Enfo once again a great place to work

Enfo was selected once again as one of the best workplaces in Sweden in the survey organized by Great Place to Work. Enfo takes part in the large-sized businesses category (250+ employees), and came in 9th. Enfo has been nominated as a Great Place to Work since 2009.

According to Great Place to Work a great workplace is one built on trust. A workplace where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do and enjoy the people they work with.

“At Enfo we’ve worked hard to create a supporting yet professional working environment with an open encouraging culture. We solve our customer’s business challenges with an energetic and engaged attitude and most importantly, we do that in a warm, fun and friendly atmosphere,” says Malin Ung, Senior Vice President, HR.

“We are nearly 1000 highly skilled talents at Enfo and I’m proud of the work we have done together! This listing is a fantastic success and it shows that we are on the right track. We will continue to build a workplace where you can enhance your skills, be yourself, laugh with your colleagues and feel you are respected as an individual.”

The aim of the research is to find out how the employees feel about their workplace as well as the key management structures that are needed to build and maintain a good workplace.

“Enfo is once more in the list of Sweden’s Best Workplaces, with impressive results. They adopt a long-term approach to the workplace culture in the company, and this is characterised, for example, by the way employees care about one another and are happy to ‘go the extra mile’ to create really good results” says Maria Grudén, CEO, Great Place to Work.

Great Place to Work’s annual research is carried out in over 50 countries around the world. Research has been executed in Sweden since 2002. The recently published Best Workplaces in Sweden lists 55 organizations in Sweden. The aim of the research is to find out how the employees feel about their workplace as well as the key management structures that are needed to build and maintain a good workplace. 2/3 of the points given are based on the employee experience and 1/3 is based on the management practices. In 2016, around 26 000 Swedish employees gave their input on the Trust Index employee survey.
