Enfo moved up 10 places in Universum’s employer image survey .

Senior Vice President HR Maria Lundell receives special award

In Universum’s annual employer image survey, Enfo Oyj climbed significantly on the list of employers preferred by IT students. Compared to 2014, the company moved up 10 places to 44th. In recognition of her strategic and practical work to improve the employer image, Enfo’s Senior Vice President HR Maria Lundell was presented with this year’s Employer Branding Professional award.

“We have understood the importance of co-operation between HR and marketing to improve our employer image. We have improved by combining strategic and tactical work. We have laid the foundation and we are now in a good position to take the next step,” says Maria Lundell.

In order to reach Enfo’s strategic growth targets, we need superior Nordic competence. This means that we need to find the success factors for the future and better ways of utilizing our existing professionals at the Nordic level. Customers outsource work which require demanding finance and IT expertise, so we have to be determined to attract the right talent.

“It is important for us that we evolve as an employer and that our customers have access to top professionals in their respective fields,” says Maria Lundell.
