CEO changes in Enfo and Epical 1.4.2024 .

KPY and Epical informed on Wednesday 20th of March 2024, that Märit Sareyko is nominated to Enfo Oy’s subsidiary Epical’s new CEO starting from 1st of April 2024.

In connection with the change situation, Anssi Lehikoinen, chairman of the board of KPY, will be appointed as the CEO of Enfo Group. Already before, Nina Annila, EVP IT Services, together with her management team has been fully responsible for managing Enfo’s business operations, which will not change. Nina Annila reports to the board of Enfo.
