Enfo's customers recommend Enfo

In May, Enfo conducted a customer experience survey in which 158 customers in Finland and Sweden participated. Enfo arranges a customer experience survey twice a year, and we are proud to see that the level of customers willing to recommend Enfo remains high. Among the respondents, 96% are willing to recommend Enfo to others.

When asking whether it is nice to work with Enfonians, the score reaches 4.7 on a scale of 1-5. This is an increase compared to the previous survey where the level was 4.6.

“We are very happy about the result and feedback from our customers. The fact that we have managed to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction despite the corona pandemic is particularly gratifying. It has been a challenging time in many ways for all of us,” says Sanna Mari Alppivuori, SVP Sales Finland.

Measured in the survey for the first time, customers rated Enfo 4.0 when asked how satisfied they are with Enfo as a responsible partner, supporting their sustainable development digitally, socially, environmentally, or financially. Enfo being a reliable partner was also highlighted multiple times in the open comments when rating how Enfo delivers what has been promised (scoring 4.3 on a scale of 1-5).

We do this by enabling sustainable and responsible business-critical solutions in a cross-platform environment. Trust is a central part in being a responsible partner, and I am very pleased that our customers praise our deliveries where trust always is key,” says Robert Grafford, SVP Sales Sweden.

When asking how satisfied our customers are overall with Enfo as a partner, the score reaches 4.2 on a scale of 1-5. The customers state as Enfo's strengths, for example, customer focus, service orientation, our people, engagement, and versatility. They also applaud a good, reliable, and smooth co-operation together with Enfo.
