The Finnish Parliament (Eduskunta) has selected Enfo as the supplier of device management services in a public tender in the spring of 2024. The agreement builds on the long-standing cooperation between Enfo and the Parliament, which began in 2011.
"We are very pleased to continue to be a reliable partner for the Parliament. Enfo was chosen as the supplier because our proposal met the selection criteria for the tendering process and had the best price-quality ratio," says Marjo Kouhia, Senior Sales Manager at Enfo. The contract, which will take effect in January 2025, will run for four years, and the Parliament has the option to extend the agreement period for another four years.
Device management services include, among other things, management and maintenance for endpoint software and security, user support and specialist services. The Parliament's agencies can also join the agreement if they wish.
"We provide services to over a thousand people in Parliament, including Members of Parliament and their assistants, the staff of group offices and parliamentary officials," says Kouhia. The service production at Enfo is handled by experts specializing in endpoint management, together with customer relationship and service management.
As a provider of device management services, Enfo is also continuously developing the endpoint environment together with the Parliament's technical experts.
